Nat was undeniably amazing! We stumbled upon her videos on Youtube and knew she was the agent for us hands down. We moved from Washington State to Georgia without ever physically seeing the home. We had complete trust in Nat who did virtual tours for us. When we finally arrived we were beyond pleased and excited with our new home. My husband and I had decided to re-locate to Georgia from Florida so we put our house up for sale and started watching YouTube videos that showcased the counties we were interested in. We stumbled on Natasha's "Sold by Nat" videos and we were instantly impressed with her informative videos. We made an instant connection to her easy, laid back, no nonsense style and decided to give her a call. Since time, Covid, and distance were issues we had to contend with, we met with her via Zoom for a consultation in which she spent plenty of time explaining her process and getting to know our situation and hopes for our Georgia home. We must say that Natasha worked hard to view properties virtually on our behalf and acted quickly when we were interested in putting in offers. She gave guidance all the way through the process and we really couldn't have asked for a better real estate experience. Natasha has an extensive well of knowledge about the real estate process and is constantly updating and learning new avenues to help her clients, which is so very valuable especially during this unprecedented real estate market. Natasha, I met her through my husband who stalked her YouTube channel based on her style of selling, educating, and entertaining. We had lived in NY when we had our first Zoom meeting with her. Natasha made us so comfortable going through the process of relocating. She was introduced to our realtor in New York and they hit it off by doing a vlog which was nothing but great. Natasha was extremely patient with us during our multiple trips to Georgia. She took us to every new construction in and around the area where we would have wanted to settle. Each time we see a home, we would get excited and eager to sign then with a change of heart, we backed out. Fast forward, we sold our home in NY in June of this year and moved to Georgia right after and rented an apartment for 2 months, before closing on our home with one of the builders she had previously taken us. Now, we are beyond happy. I must say, God's work and timing are so great as the church that I was praying for prior to meeting Nat and moving, is now our church home introduced to us by no other than her. So not just her being that lady on YouTube, to our agent, but now she is my church sister and forever friend. You cannot go wrong when dealing with SoldByNat!
